Cosmetic dermal fillers are safe non-surgical treatments used to smooth facial wrinkles, lines, folds and scars by restoring volume and fullness to the skin. They can help smooth and soften wrinkles around the nose, laugh lines and scars. In addition, dermal fillers can be used to restore volume in the hollows of the cheeks providing what is known as an immediate liquid facelift. The results are immediate and last from 6 months to over one year, depending on the cosmetic filler used.

 

Lip Enhancement

 

Lip augmentation enhances the contour and fullness of lips for a younger, healthier appearance. Well-defined, plump lips are subject to sagging as we age. The colored portion of the lips thins out and the arch of the upper lip (cupid’s bow) flattens. This problem is especially noticeable in women with naturally thin lips. Lip augmentation is appropriate for patients who wish to enhance the lips they are born with and for patients who wish to restore the lips aging takes away. Cosmetic fillers can be used to restore volume to lips to create fuller, plumper lips and reduce fine wrinkles around the mouth. Results are seen immediately.
